The team from Long Island have moved on to greener pastures and are now planning a new exciting project on neighbouring island Koh Phangan. 
The location is Tong Nai Pan Noi beach on the North east coast and is a true tropical paradise set in a bay with a stunning beach and crystal clear waters. The new resort is still unnamed but will start construction in October 2007 using the esteemed international designers/architects Orbit (www.orbitdesignstudio.com ) and SCDLP ( www.charlotteskenecatling.com )
The project will be comprised of between 24-28 units, which will differ in size and amenities but most will have a breathtaking view of the Tong Nai Pan bay.
The resort will also benefit from two restaurants-a smaller more formal hillside restaurant and bar with views of the bay and a more casual beachside restaurant, bar and lounge.
There will also be a spa area at the base of the resort and a hillside pool on the resort and a lounge/library.
Next to the resort area there will be an area that will be used to build private houses that will be for sale that will have full use of the resort facilities.
Homeowners also profit from a scheme where the resort will rent out the properties when the owners are not there to provide and income for the owner.
